The broader mission of NickiFit A to Z is to help women increase strength, mobility, and flexibility – to gain confidence and Feel Better In Your Body!
I focus my work in two areas:
1) Helping women who want to thrive in life and elevate their sense of wellbeing now and in years to come. It’s never too late to make a change and live a healthier lifestyle. Whether your 50, 65, or 72 … age is just a number and your body deserves your attention.
2) Post rehab strength, conditioning, and functional fitness. Both men and women of every age greatly benefit from training beyond physical therapy or medical rehab programs. Don’t let a knee or hip replacement slow you down or an old shoulder injury change the way you need to move. Gain your strength, mobility, and flexibility back post rehabilitation.
My goal is to simplify nutrition and fitness concepts to make adopting a healthier lifestyle less intimidating. Every-body is different; every individual has a different idea of what is achievable for them. Let’s work together to create an achievable and sustainable health and fitness program that fits your needs and your goals. I customize every program for each client from day 1 to 100 and beyond.
